Few plants make a statement quite like the Banana Tree. With arching leaves reaching up to 3 metres long, this plant turns an ordinary garden into something tropical. Drooping spikes of cream flowers appear in summer, occasionally followed by small green fruits — ornamental rather than edible.

Despite its exotic appearance, it's surprisingly hardy — one of the toughest banana trees you can grow in an Irish or British garden. Our plants are large, well-established, and ready to go straight in the ground or split for multiple plantings.
